On an interval of six months a new list of recipient is being published by the authority. Recently Labour Department of West Bengal prepared and published the Beneficiary List of Yubasree recipient through Employment Bank. This is the 8th List of Proposed beneficiary of Yubasree recipient. This list have been prepared from the enrolled candidates in employment bank of West Bengal. If you are enlisted in this list then you can get assistance of rs. 1500 per month under this scheme. To get this assistance you need to fill Annexure-I, Annexure-II and submit the same to concerned department (SDO/Employment Bank Kolkata Office) with required documents within the last date.

Who can get Yubashree ?
Resident of West Bengal, Registered in Employment Bank, Aged between 18 years and 40 years and who is Unemployed can get Yubashree!
** If any member of your family is receiving Yubashree or you have previously got financial help under Self help scheme then you won’t get Yubashree.
How do you understand that you are eligible to get Yubashree ?
If you are registered in Employment Bank, you will receive SMS on your registered mobile. Else, If you find your name enlisted in the Yubashree Beneficiary list published by Employment bank then too you are eligible.
To Check New List Go To https://employmentbankwb.gov.in/ and then Click on VIEW NEW LIST OF YUVASREE to download the list of selected beneficiaries. Now Open the Downloaded .pdf File and Check your Name.

What is Annexure – I ?
Annexure – I is the main Application Form of Yubashree Scheme where Your Name, Employment Bank rRegistration No, Address, Ration / Voter Card Details, Date of Birth, Bank Details etc. to be filled up.
What is Annexure – II ?
Annexure – II is a format of “Certificate of Unemployment”. Where a Group – A officer will certify you as an unemployed person.
What is Annexure – III ?
Annexure – III is a declaration form by which you state the utility of the allowance. (Rs. 1500 per month). Who are in receipt of Financial Assistance under Yubashree Scheme need to submit this Annexure – III on an interval of every six months. (Annexure-III is NOT required for New/Fresh Yuvashree Application)
How do you get/download Annexure – I, Annexure – II, Annexure – III ?
Required Annexures will be available in the Website of Employment Bank. First open (employmentbankwb.gov.in) then click on Yubashree menu on the left side, now click on the respective link to get your Annexure downloaded.
Which other documents required with Annexures ?
Documents Required with Annexures at the time of Submission are as follows.
- Photocopy of 1st Page of Bank Passbook where your Bank A/C no is mentioned.
- Photocopy of Ration Card.
- Photocopy of Voter ID/Aadhaar Card.
- Photocopy of Employment Bank Registration Confirmation Slip.
- Photocopy of Madhyamik (10th) Admit Card (as an Age proof).
- Photocopy of Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC).
*) Make a Photocopy of Filled in Annexure – I and Get it signed by the receiving official. This will be your Acknowledgement Receipt.
*) Do signature in all documents you submit.
Where to Submit Yubashree Application ?
If you are resident of Kolkata, the you must submit your Application to “Joint Director of Employment, Kolkata Office, Putra Bhaban, Saltlake”. In case of resident of District, then you should submit your application in SDO of your district.
What is to be done by them who are in receipt of Yubashree presently ?
Those, who are receiving financial assistance under yubashree need to submit Annexure – III through online mode when asked for. Yubashree recipient gets an SMS on their registered mobile just before Annexure – III is being accepted. You must submit Annexure – III at proper time to ensure continuity of receiving grant under Yubashree scheme.
